Strategic Account Manager

Sunbelt Rentals--the fastest growing rental business in North America--is seeking a Strategic Account Manager. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for negotiation and account management duties for select Preferred Suppliers.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
? Negotiate and manage accounts for select Preferred Suppliers.
? Research new products.
? Manage and review Cat-Class and Rental Rate.
? Act as liaison for Industrial Resource Group PC's products and marketing dept. support efforts.
? Oversee Strategic Account program, including daily management of field and Support office based Strategic Account Managers.
? Update Intranet Strategic Account pages.
? Review and issue quarterly and annual customer rebates.
? Oversee Strategic Account trade show schedule and logistics.
? Manage customer specific rates and special invoicing requests.
? Pre-qualify potential regional and national strategic customers.
? Manage accuracy of asset data in the Wynne System (make & Model, specifications, etc.), including monthly review of all assets entered into Wynne for M&M correctness.
? Implement Fleet Replacement plan.
? Roll out to field the Rouse Asset Appraisal web application.
? Maintain fleet Replacement Matrix and CAPX constraints.
? Incorporate Rouse Asset Appraisal program to Sunbelt Used Equipment website.
? Integrate outside financing sources to facilitate big ticket used equipment sales.
? Manage JLG Remanufacturing Project.
? Act as liaison between field, Support office and JLG to minimize delays throughout the entire process.
The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
