Develops and delivers various training programs to channel partners, company personnel, and customers. Training programs include, but are not limited to products, services, and/or professional skills with heavy emphasis on product features, applications, and product system technologies.
Responsibilities:
Delivers training to channel partners, company employees, or customers. Extensive travel may be required to deliver training to fulfill audience requirements.
Adapts, researches, and develops content and training materials and activities for training programs and other related training activity.
Distributes/shares training information with appropriate channel partners, Company personnel, and customers. Assists/supports channel partners, company personnel, and customers regarding content and delivery.
Researches various topics through self-development in order to improve individual expertise in both training subject matter/content and delivery skills.
Constructs and maintains training aids and equipment, classroom exercises, simulations, and practice exercises.
Documents training curriculum for Instructor Guide, maintains and updates Instructor Guide. Continually evaluates the effectiveness of the course meeting its objectives during delivery and from evaluations. Makes appropriate changes to course materials and delivery.
Utilizes knowledge of training to promote training products, training systems, and training materials.
Responsible for classroom/training event administration (acquiring roster, taking enrollment, completing exit evaluations) and communicating results to appropriate personnel or system.
Qualifications &
Experience:
Knowledge of Learning and Development process including areas such as instructional skills, presentation skills, needs assessments, adult learning theory, curriculum development and other such related knowledge and skills. - Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.
Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office plus intranet and internet functions. - Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.
Ability to use various department specific computer programs. - Has a general understanding of the principles and uses the knowledge with assistance.
Knowledge of dealers and other channels. - Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.
Knowledge of products and services offered by the appropriate area of responsibility. - Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.
Effective writing skills, including grammatical usage, persuasive copy and style. - Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.
Years of
Experience:
Experience in training and development area involved in activities such as instruction, needs assessments, curriculum development, and other such related training and development work. - Less than 1 year
Marketing experience. - 1 - 3 years
Project management experience. - Less Complex Project, consists of some or all of the following criteria: 5 or less persons on the project team; 1 or 2 disciplines involved; 1 or 2 facilities involved; scope in dollars is less than $500,000 and is determined on budget, revenues generated, savings, etc.
Experience in a position working with Dealers. - 1 - 3 years
Internal or external industry specific experience in relevant discipline. - Less than 1 year
Degree Required:
Degree in an Education discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
