is hiring a Bilingual Landscaping Operations Manager to join our growing team! At M.

Design Associates, Inc.

We strive to give our clients our full attention and focus on all details of their landscape maintenance needs.
We are plant people first and foremost, and are looking for a dedicated landscape professional and plant person to join our team of plant-loving landscape professionals! Our compensation includes a base salary of $80,000-$90,000 with health, vision, PTO and retirement.
Our Bilingual Landscaping Operations Manager:
Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Must be a self-described plant geek with demonstrated knowledge of plants and horticultural best practices.
Must have a minimum of 10
years of experience in landscape operations with experience in landscape leadership within a landscape/garden/high-end residential maintenance organization; Must have extensive experience in all manner of landscape equipment from rakes to Bobcats and everything in between.
Must have experience with landscape industry software such as LMN or similar and be comfortable with technology.
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
The ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, climb, and kneel, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
Must be able and willing to work in a smoke-free environment.
Responsibilities of our Bilingual Landscaping Operations Manager:
Leading and managing the schedule and execution of installation projects.
Leading and managing the schedule and execution of maintenance account projects.
Coaching, managing and developing staff members to achieve goals; creating and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment while holding individuals and teams accountable to achieving goals, metrics and deliverables.
Overseeing safety training organization-wide.
Developing systems and processes to improve overall results across the company.
Serving as a collaborative member of the leadership team.
