Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis.
The Contract Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in accurately and efficiently inputting and maintaining various types of data into our systems.
The ideal candidate should possess exceptional typing skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Duties/Responsibilities Data Entry:
Accurately enter a variety of data, including contracts, customer information, financial records, and other relevant data, into our databases or software systems.
Verification:
Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or discrepancies, and make necessary corrections to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed and organized records of entered data, ensuring proper documentation and data tracking procedures are followed.
Data Maintenance:
Regularly update and maintain existing data, ensuring that changes and updates are accurately reflected in the systems.
Quality Control:
Perform routine data quality checks to identify and rectify any errors, missing information, or duplications in the entered data.
Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and adhere to data protection and privacy policies.
Communication:
Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure seamless data entry processes and resolve any data-related queries or concerns.
Adherence to Guidelines:
Follow established data entry procedures, guidelines, and protocols to ensure consistency and accuracy across all entries.
Timely Completion:
Complete assigned data entry tasks within specified timeframes while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest enhancements to streamline data entry procedures and increase overall efficiency.
Required Skills/Abilities 2
years of proven experience in a contract data entry role or a related field Prior data entry experience and strong communication skills Proficient typing skills with a high degree of accuracy Strong attention to detail and ability to spot numerical and factual errors Ability to work productively independently and as part of a team Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Strong analytical and math skills Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
